Boardroom sessions consist of groups of 16-20 Senior IT Executives exchanging dialogue with vendors and their peers. These prescheduled appointments consist of 30-minute sessions midmorning and midafternoon during two days of the Event. Boardrooms offer vendors a guaranteed audience of Decision-Makers, while offering Summit guests an opportunity to discuss IT issues and review the latest products and services. Boardroom Appointments reflect the technologies and services of interest to you as determined by the registration process.
INDUSTRY INSIGHT
At private One-on-Ones, Peer Exchange Roundtables, and General Breakout Sessions, IT Executives have access to Industry Analysts to discuss critical issues unique to the midsize enterprise.
Industry Analyst One-on-One Appointments
At the Summit, you have the opportunity for private meetings with Industry Analysts to get detailed answers to your unique questions. One-on-One appointments are scheduled prior to the Summit, and you will be contacted via e-mail regarding analysts’ area of expertise and availability. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Peer Exchange Roundtables
A Peer Exchange Roundtable brings you together with like-minded executives to discuss viable solutions to common IT challenges. Roundtables are your opportunity to share ideas, give advice, and build relationships. These informal discussions focus on top-of-mind issues specific to the midmarket.

Midsize Enterprise Summit features numerous networking functions specifically designed to develop and strengthen relationships. All networking activities allow for optimum social interaction between vendors and Executive Guests and may include all or many of the following programs:

SOLUTION SHOWCASE
The Showcase offers a distinctive environment designed to maximize networking opportunities among all Summit attendees. We combine an informal business venue of hands-on demonstrations and one-on-one meetings with a light social atmosphere.
Senior IT Executives spend a number of hours daily at the Showcase evaluating IT solutions, getting answers to key questions, and building business relationships with vendors and each other.
WORLD PREMIERES
World Premieres are an exclusive theatre-style presentation. Vendors may address a strategic IT issue, make a technology announcement or launch a new product, program or service. Vendors benefit from the impact made by addressing a large audience at one time while attendees have the opportunity to leverage each other's experiences.
