World Premiere

Captivate the entire conference audience with your important news or announcement. World Premieres are unique sponsorship opportunities that allow you to present to all of the attending Solution Providers in one large venue. Grab everyone’s interest and demonstrate why you are the company to do business with.

Theme Party 

Command the most visible entertainment event of the conference as the sole sponsor of the Theme Party / Dinner. Your banner is prominently displayed for all to see at this popular event, which includes a buffet dinner, open bar and entertainment. Begin the overture to the festivities by addressing the audience.

 

Receptions:

Welcome Reception. Be the first to welcome the solution providers to a great XChange Xperience. Host the welcome reception and captivate their attention on the first night. Sponsor may address the Delegate Solution Providers. A great way to start off the event.

XChange Solutions Pavilion Opening Reception

Get noticed and be in the limelight as the Solutions Pavilion opens. At this reception, you will be the only sponsor. This package includes: cocktails, food and beverages, and signage at all the food tables, bars and the entrance to the Solutions Pavilion.

 

Meals: 

Solution Provider BreakfastMake a bright and early impact on Delegate Solution Providers by jump starting their morning. Breakfast includes a hot and cold buffet, juice and coffee. The Sponsor may address the group and display a banner and promotionalitems in the breakfast room.

 

Solution Provider Luncheon 

Build prestige for your company by hosting lunch for entire Delegate Solution Provider attendees. Lunch includes salad, main course and dessert. The Sponsor can address the audience, display signage and distribute promotional items.

Solution Pavilion Luncheon

Build prestige for your company by hosting the Solutions Pavilion Luncheon. You will have the opportunity to address the audience, display signage, and distribute information. As a reminder of your sponsorship you may also distribute promotional materials.

Solution Provider Breaks

Give solution providers and your brand a boost by sponsoring refreshments throughout the day. These breaks give everyone a chance to replenish with coffee, soft drinks, and snacks. Attendees see your signage and logo at each break inside the appointment rooms throughout the conference.

Specialty Solution Provider Breaks

Go against the norm of coffee and tea and sponsor specialty breaks for the Solution Providers. We will customize your package to meet your needs.

General Breaks

Refreshment breaks (coffee, soft drinks, cookies, pretzels, etc.) for all conference attendees will be available before and after educational sessions and other free time. Signage recognizing sponsor will be placed on each break table. Sponsor also has the opportunity for further exposure by displaying a banner.

XChange XCellence Awards Luncheon

Position your company as a leader. The XChange XCellence Awards Luncheon is where Solution Providers honor the vendors with the most exceptional products, programs and technologies. At this high profile event, you have an opportunity to address the entire event crowd. Additionally, you can display your company banner or a packet of your company information can be handed out to every attendee.

Vendor Sponsorships:

Vendor BreakfastStart off the morning hosting a breakfast to all the participating vendors. The Sponsor may address the group and display a banner and promotional items in the breakfast room.

Vendor Breaks in Appointment Area

Be noticed by other vendors with this unique opportunity. As vendors wait for their appointments provide them with a refreshing drink and snacks. Signage is placed at all break tables with your company name and logo.

Hospitality Suites

Hospitality Suites can be used to facilitate private one-on-one meetings with Delegate Solution Providers. Your suite can also be open throughout the conference for demos of your product.

Room Drops

Have your company literature waiting for Delegate Solution Provider in their hotel room when they arrive. Room drops are a great way to boost company awareness among the most important decision makers in the industry.
  • There will be a maximum of 3 room drops per night.
  • Room drops must be approved two weeks in advance
  • No room drops will be accepted onsite.
  • Room drops will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis.

Conference Sponsorships:

Printer SponsorshipShowcase your printer equipment at the Printer/Fax Station near the registration area for all attendees use. Hand out information packets and speak to attendees as they use your equipment to answer any questions.

Projection Equipment

Showcase your projection equipment in all of the XChange appointment rooms and sessions throughout the conference.

Email Stations

Sponsor an email workstation and give conference attendees a place to catch up on their email. Includes:• Homepage Opener• Banner over the area• Screen wrap signage

Conference Badge Holders

Everyone at XChange wears a badge at all times throughout the event. The sponsor logo gets directly printed onto the badge holder giving you high impact visibility day and night, throughout the conference.

Conference Business Package

Get in front of the solution providers in their appointment rooms. Sponsor the business package, which includes your logo on a pen, writing pad folio and nameplate or business card holder. Let them take your company’s presence back to their offices with them.

Conference Bags for attendees

The Breakaway XChange Delegate Solution Providers have a lot of things to carry around with them. So why not let them take your name with them wherever they go. It is great walking advertisement when you put your name and logo on the conference bag.

Conference Polo Shirts

Get your company’s name and logo in front of all attendees. Have your 4-color logo embroidered on the golf shirts handed out to all attendees at registration. The XChange logo is embroidered on the sleeve.

Conference Guide

Get your message out for all attendees to see. Sponsor the conference guide and have all attendees carry your message with them. Your 4 color ad will be on the back cover of the conference guide.

Pocket Guide

Captivate the entire audience by being the sponsor of the pocket agenda guide. Your 4 color logo will appear on the pocket guide and will be used for all attendees to follow the track of the conference.

Custom Keycards

Sponsor logo or company message is printed on the keycard used by all attendees to enter their rooms. A postcard with an extra message can also be placed in the key packet from the hotel upon check in.

Solution Provider Limo Transfers

Impress the Delegate Solution Providers by sponsoring town car transportation to and from the airport. Meet and greet staff can wear a sponsor golf shirt branding your logo. Your logo and company name also appears on arrival signage. Plus, a packet of information can be placed in each car, making sure that your name is the first and last vendor name that the solution providers will see.

Welcome Baskets Sponsorship

Supply every attendee with a basket of goodies when they check into their hotel room. Add you message amongst snacks and essential beauty aides.

Return Material Shipping

Make sure that Delegates remember you during and after the conference. Place your logo on the return shipping boxes that they use during XChange Appointments to collect materials they want packaged and mailed back to them after the event. Your literature can be placed on the top, prior to sealing – so your information will be the first thing that attendees see when they open their box back at the office.

Solution Provider Wine Delivery

Bring on the festivities and impress the Delegate Solution Providers by supplying a card or materials to be placed with a bottle of wine delivered to each Delegate Solution Provider room on opening night of the conference.
