Education is a key component of this conference, with educational tracks that are geared for both solution providers and vendors. These sessions are moderated by top market consultants and editors from Everything Channel.

Private Boardroom Appointments
These 25 minute private appointments allow you to meet face-to face with 12-15 highly qualified solution providers who are categorized by area of expertise and core competencies. Private Boardroom Appointments offer the unique opportunity to present your products and programs to a group of companies with similar business needs.

Solutions Pavilion
The Solutions Pavilion offers intimate, focused technology centers where you have the opportunity to promote your strategy and vision, and display your products and/or technology to highly qualified customers - the top decision makers who are serious about doing business with you.

General Sessions
A panel of leading industry executives, representing solution providers, vendors, distributors and the financial community, will peel back the layers of the dynamics driving the industry and pinpoint the core issues. Individual Event Sponsorships

World Premiere
Captivate the entire conference with your important news or announcement. World Premieres are unique sponsorship opportunities that allow you to present to all of the attending solution providers in one large venue. (Consult your XChange representative for more details on this high profile event). 

Solution Provider Breakfast
Make a bright and early impact on solution providers by jump-starting their morning. Breakfast includes a hot and cold buffet, juice and coffee. The Sponsor may address the group and display a banner and promotional items in the breakfast room.

XChange Solutions Pavilion Opening Reception
Get noticed and be in the limelight as you sponsor the XChange Solutions Pavilion Opening Reception.  At this reception you will be the sole sponsor. This package includes cocktail food and beverages. You will receive signage at all food tables and bars.

Solution Provider Luncheon
Build prestige for your company by hosting lunch for all solution provider attendees. Lunch includes salad, main course and dessert. The Sponsor can address the audience, display signage and distribute promotional items.

General Breaks
Refreshment breaks (coffee, soft drinks, cookies, pretzels, etc.) for all conference attendees will be available before and after educational sessions and other free time. Signage highlighting sponsor will be placed on each break table. Sponsor also has the opportunity for further exposure by displaying a banner.

Solution Provider Breaks
Give solution providers and your brand a boost by sponsoring mid-day refreshments. Frequent breaks throughout the day gives everyone a chance to replenish and revive themselves with coffee, soft drinks, and snacks. Attendees will see your signage and logo at each break inside the Private Boardroom Appointment Rooms taking place throughout the conference.

XCellence Awards Luncheon
Position your company as a leader in the industry. The XCellence Awards Luncheon is where solution providers honor the vendors with the most exceptional products, programs, and technologies. At this high profile event, you have an opportunity to address the crowd.  Additionally, you can display your company banner or a packet of your company information can be placed at each seat.

Solution Provider Business Package
Get in front of the solution providers in their Private Appointment Rooms. Sponsor the business package, which can include your logo on: a pen, writing pad folio, nameplate and/or business card holder. Let solution providers take your company's brand back to their offices with them.

Badge Holders
Everyone at XChange Tech Innovators MUST wear a badge at all times throughout the conference. The sponsor's logo gets directly printed onto the badge holder giving your company high impact visibility throughout the duration of the conference.

Solution Provider Return Material Shipping
Make sure the solution providers remember you during and after the conference. Place your logo on the return shipping boxes they use during Private Boardroom Appointments to collect materials they want packaged and mailed back to them after the event. Your literature can be placed on top prior to sealing - so your information will be the first thing that attendees see when they open their box back at the office.

The attendees at XChange Tech Innovators have a lot of things to carry around with them. So why not let them take your name with them wherever they go. It is a great walking advertisement when you put your name and logo on the conference bag.

Conference Guide
Get your message out for all attendees to see. Sponsor the conference guide and have all attendees carry your message with them. Your 4-color ad will be on the back cover of the conference guide.

Vendor Breaks in Appointment Area
Be noticed by other vendors with this unique opportunity. As vendors wait for their appointments provide them with a refreshing drink and snacks. Signage is placed at all break tables with your company name and logo.

Custom Keycards
Company logo or message will be printed on the keycard used by all attendees to enter their sleeping rooms. A postcard with an additional message can also be placed in the key packet from the hotel upon check in.

Solution Provider Wine Delivery
Bring on the festivities and impress the solution providers by supplying a card or materials to be placed with a bottle of wine delivered to each hosted attendee's room on opening night of the conference.

Room Drops
Have your company literature waiting for solution providers in their hotel room when they arrive. Room drops are a great way to boost company awareness among the most important decision makers in the industry.
